Richli is a comprehensive software platform developed for companies specializing in flooring, parquet, and tile installation. The system consists of an admin panel, a web application, a native mobile application, and a backend service. The project focuses on precise planning, cost calculation, and room-based work management, supported by a clear data structure and well-defined user roles.
This project includes: Software, Hardware connection, AI, Canvas
Background
Flooring and renovation companies often rely on manual measurements, disconnected tools, and hand-crafted calculations. This approach leads to inaccurate offers, time loss, and limited project oversight. There was a clear need for a centralized system that connects on-site measurements, work planning, and the commercial aspects of the business.
AI implementation
Richli leverages AI to automatically process spatial data collected through canvas input and LIDAR measurements. Based on captured room dimensions, the system calculates surface areas and automatically generates material requirements, labor norms, and total offer pricing, significantly reducing manual input and human error.
The Solution
Richli was designed as a centralized platform that connects all project phases, from measurement to execution.
Key Features:
- – Centralized admin system for defining rooms, tasks, materials, and work norms
- – Automatic price calculations based on surface area and selected tasks
- – Web application with clearly defined roles (customer, user, project manager, worker)
- – Hierarchical project structure (locations, buildings, flats, rooms)
- – Generation and delivery of detailed offers including additional work items
- – Event system for planning and tracking work execution
- – Mobile application with LIDAR integration and Bluetooth connectivity to Bosch laser measuring devices
